  • The items must be in new condition and cannot show evidence of use or wear, dirt, or blemishes of any kind. 
  • If 30 days have gone by from the date order was received, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
  • Do not send your return back to the same address that you received it from. We do not accept returns to that address. Doing so, you will not be eligible for a refund and we will not be able to ship your product back to you. You must first contact us at and we will provide you with our return address.


    We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

    Our Returns Policy timeframe is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address. We offer 100% cash refunds for any/all item(s) in your order. Your refund will be processed to whatever payment method you used when placing your order.


    Product Disclaimer/Warnings

    • It may not be possible to completely remove yellowing, or dark stains, including those associated with smoking, food, and drink from dental appliances due to permanent chemical deformation.
    • Discoloration and rusting of metals cannot be removed.
    • When cleaning necklaces or rings with bonded gems or diamonds, the gems or diamonds may become dislodged.
    • When cleaning a metal watchband, please detach it from the main body of the watch before cleaning.
    • Ultrasonic Working Environment: Required ambient temperature is between 0°C-50°C
    • Cleaning fluid requirements: It is forbidden to use liquids that are corrosive to
      stainless steel and ABS plastic. The temperature of the cleaning fluid should not
      exceed 60°C.
    • The continuous working time of the machine shall not exceed 15 minutes, and there
      must be rest time in between.
    • Machine Placement Requirements: If the machine is not used for an extended
      period, please clean the machine clean thoroughly and ensure the storage area is
      dry. Remember that there should be no liquid in the machine when it is stored.
    • This product is not intended for use as a child's toy, and children should not use this
      product without supervision.



    All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please let us know as soon as you can as we aim to ship out orders after 1-2 business days.

    Return Shipping

    Please note that you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item you are returning is damaged. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to the closest warehouse as instructed in the return email. 

    To complete your return, please quote your order number in the email you sent us. We will provide an address where you could return your product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Warranty Information

    We want to ensure that you receive a high quality, clinical grade product for long term use, therefore, our product comes with a complete 12 month warranty. This covers any manufacturing faults resulting from non-accidental, non-excessive, regular usage. Regular usage includes cleaning regular oral/dental appliances following correct water usage. Please see the product disclaimer/warnings for guidance regarding use, violation of these guidelines will void the warranty.  In every situation, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.     Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 


    Loss or Theft of Packages

    OrthocleanTM disclaims liability for lost or stolen shipments that have been verified as having been delivered to the address provided for an order. In response to a request, we shall confirm the delivery to the specified address, the date of delivery, the tracking information, and the shipping company information for the customer to review.
